The Fine Print.

Welcome to Wanderweavers Collective. These terms govern our relationship. We aren't your typical travel agency; we are artisans of experience. When you book a bespoke journey or a workshop tour, you're entering a partnership based on mutual respect for local craft and historical integrity.

1. Booking & Deposits

To secure your artisan workshop tour or bespoke itinerary, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Why so early? Because our local artisans prepare materials specifically for your visit. It's about respecting their time and craft. The balance is due exactly 45 days before your departure.

2. Itinerary Modifications

Life happens. We get it. If you need to tweak your journey, we'll do our best. However, modifications requested within 21 days of travel may incur artisan re-scheduling fees. Remember, these are humans, not algorithms. Have you ever tried to reschedule a master weaver at the last minute?

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Our immersive cultural experiences often take you off the beaten path in Ireland and the UK. While we maintain the highest safety standards, bespoke travel involves variables beyond our control. Better safe than sorry, wouldn't you agree?

4. Artisan Respect Policy

Our workshop hosts are masters of their trade. We ask that all guests follow local etiquette and safety instructions provided by the guide. Wanderweavers Collective reserves the right to terminate an experience without refund if a guest's behavior is disrespectful to the artisan or the heritage site.
